Shortly after viewing the site, I received a welcoming text message from Rockii inquiring about the services I was interested in. That personal touch immediately made the experience feel attentive and professional. After communicating via text, I scheduled my Glow Facial. Due to weather and my responsibilities as a caregiver, I had to adjust my appointment—but Rockii was incredibly supportive, communicative, and accommodating throughout the entire process.

On the day of my appointment, she began with a detailed skin scan while checking me in. This helped guide thoughtful questions about my concerns and the results I wanted to achieve. She provided clear solutions and emphasized the importance of proper home care to maintain results. She is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and took the time to educate me on what my skin truly needs. I never felt like she was just trying to make a sale or push products—she genuinely cares about her clients and their long-term skin health.

I especially appreciated how she explained everything using visual aids—it made it easy to understand my skin and my goals.

Her space was clean, professional, and quiet, free from distractions. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The environment was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep during my facial!
